What is the format for ECCN2027?

When does congress registration open?

Congress registration will open in December 2026.

How do I register for ECCN 2027? 

Go to ECCN offers a student rate, a technician rate in addition to regular delegate rates. Registration fees can be found here: https://eccn.ifcn.info/registration/register-for-eccn

I am a poster presenter; do I need to register?

Yes, poster presenters with accepted abstracts must register to attend the Congress. As previously outlined in the application process, at least one author must attend ECCN 2027 in person as a presenter of the poster at their assigned time. Opportunities to register for optional events are included within the registration portal.

I am a speaker; do I need to register?

Yes, invited speakers must register to attend the Congress. Opportunities to register for optional events are included within the registration portal.

What is the refund policy?

If you need to request a refund for the Congress and Education Courses, registered attendees are required to submit a request in writing by September 19, 2027.

• $75 processing fee before 17 July
• 50% refund if canceled by August 20, 2027
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after September 19, 2027, except in cases of health or family emergencies. For such extreme exceptions, a written request via email is required for consideration within 15 days post-conference. 

Please Note: ECCN 2027 registrants are asked to grant EMEAC and IFCN permission during registration to reproduce, copy, and publish photographs taken at the Congress.

Do you have an event app?

Yes the ECCN 2027 mobile app for use on Android and Apple devices will be available for download on or before the Congress.

What is included in the registration fee?

A comprehensive and exciting scientific programme that will feature keynote lectures, symposia, and workshops on the latest developments and advances in clinical neurophysiology. A number of courses will also be offered for an additional charge. The congress will provide excellent opportunities for networking and collaboration among attendees. Tea, coffee and water will be provided over the four-day conference, with lunch provided on Wednesday and Thursday.

EMEAC BURSARY APPLICATION PROCESS FOR TRAINEES/ FELLOWS/ YOUNG DELEGATES

• EMEAC will offer up to 100 bursaries 
• Bursary to include free early bird registration+ free ticket to Networking event with Dinner and Dancing (Part of the Dinner event). 
• Eligibility criteria: abstract submission and acceptance and age <40
• Bursaries will be awarded by EMEAC Executive committee and announced in March 2027 prior to the closing of the early bird deadline

What is the Congress attire?

The conference attire is business casual.

How do I submit a proposal for symposia?

Submissions for Symposia, Teaching Course and Workshops will open in August 2026. Please watch for the announcement.

How do I submit an Abstract?

The call for abstract submission will open February 2027 and directions will be provided when the portal is launched.
